It’s true: we’re shameless about spreading the word of the amazing accomplishments of our team members.

She will be launching her new book, Fear of Fighting, illustrated by Marlena Zuber, at:
THIS IS NOT A READING SERIES

The Gladstone Hotel
1214 Queen St. West (Queen just East of Dufferin)
Toronto
7:30PM-12AM
The two will compare notes with Mariko Tamaki on the creative process.
Since I’m all blocked and stuff, and considering the Artist’s Way (how 80s of me), I’m going to try and make it.
There will also be a live set by Tomboyfriend!

I have seen the book, and I have to say: it is BEAUTIFUL. Congratulations, Stacey May, we're so proud of you!
I will DEFINITELY be at the launch, and all of our Toronto readers should come too. Quick tip: come early. Stacey May's last gig was packed beyond capacity.

If you're thinking of making it to the launch on Tuesday, please note that it's at The Gladstone Hotel. An ad ran in Eye Weekly today citing the wrong location, but rest assured it's still in The Gladstone Ballroom! Hope to see y'all there.
